Graham Rouse DipMath MIET Starting out as an electronics engineer, Graham has many years of experience in engineering, engineering management and business management. Having worked in a range of technologies including military electronics, telecommunications, transport revenue control (railway ticketing and gating systems and parking systems), transport customer information systems and security systems, Graham has a broad based knowledge of technical and bushiness management. Past employers include the MoD, Hawker Siddeley, Cubic Transportation, Hasler and the Ascom Group.  In addition to general business management, Graham is an expert in customer service and field maintenance operations.
Patricia Scott FCCA FCT A corporate finance expert and Institute of Directors tutor/mentor, Pat offers a wealth of experience in traditional financial consulting and brings a specialisation in mentoring and development for finance directors and other senior managers. In addition to her conventional consultancy skills Pat is qualified as a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner which enables her to undertake personal development programmes to complement our professional development agendas. Past employers include Thorn EMI (where Pat was Director of Treasury & Taxation) and the Redland Group.  She has been an independent consultant since 1996 and is appointed NED to a number of charitable institutions.
Roger Godden MBCS Roger Godden is an IT systems archtect and data security expert with an impressive track record with blue chip orgsanisations both in the UK and the USA. After graduating from Bristol University in mathematics and computer sciences, Roger led research into network optimisation techniquies and has contributed to world-wide standards in information systems security.
